  • Please note that all rentals (with the exception of athletic fields) shall be billed in three hour increments. Minimum rental period is three hours.  

    Custodial Detail (setup and breakdown, cleaning, restroom access) - this is listed separately from the room rate. Custodial Details are REQUIRED for access to the building, restrooms, and for after-event cleanup. Custodial Details and associated billing shall begin no less than thirty minutes prior to the scheduled arrival of the event's organizer. The number of staff needed and the rate for those staff members depends on the timing and location of the event, and will be charged accordingly.

    Custodial Detail hours in addition to the three hour minimum shall be prorated and billed at the rate of $67.20 per hour. Portions of hours will be rounded to the next full hour for billing purposes.
