Additional Work Proposal

Please use this form to propose a project or work you will do that falls outside of your contractual duties and/or outside of contractual work hours. This form is used to anticipate costs, and should be used to propose non-contractual stipends (previously "project stipends") or smaller hourly projects to be approved by your principal or supervisor (previously "green sheets").
